Pardon the pun.

We like to find the best candidates for our clients. That is why we like to work on a high candidate sent to interview ratio, below are our percentages for July, August and September, these are based on the number of candidates sent to our clients per vacancy and the number of candidates out of those sent interviewed.

July: 70%

August: 71%

September: 75%

So for our last quarter the average was 72% of the candidates we sent to our clients were interviewed.
